The slope of the line is NOT 4/3 here. Slope of the line is arctan(4/3) This means the equation of line is y = (arctan(4/3))(x) + C where C is a constant. The slope means derivative. And to find the equation of line you have to integrate it. This is why integrating arctan(4/3) we get the equation above
