I do not tip on take out when I pick it up myself. I am in the restaurant five or six minutes max. All the cashier does is grab my to go order and take my cash. So there is no need for a tip.

I would still tip, but it doesn't have to be 15%. As a server, whenever we have people call in to place a take-out order, we are still expected to tip-out the kitchen based on our total sales. We also have to make sure the correct order is placed, and that the food is ordered at the correct time so it is not sitting forever, or the customer is not waiting for 20 minutes after they arrive.
