Non Porsche guys can answer this too. Your tires may be too big, so they are rubbing against the car when you turn all the way to the lock position. My Subaru does the same cause the tires are too big. Otherwise you have have some issue with the axle/steering system.

If a vehicle is just at idle speed and you lock the steering left or right it will slow down the motor from the power steering pump drag under full pressure. It's not good for the power steering so don't hold it there long.

Try doing the same in reverse, turn the tires all the way right and left. If it vibrates it'll be an issue with the steering axle. I had a similar issue on my Land Rover Freelander.
