1. It happens if your charger don't meet the requirements of the battery you use(IF you have bought a new charger),make sure the charger is compatiable. 2. And when the tip end which is connected to a laptop is broken from the inside.You need to change/repair the tip end. 3. Also,when the internal circuit is malfunctioning, need to buy a new charger 4. If the Battery is damaged(low chances) 5.If battery and charger are fine,it might be the voltage supply through the socket is not . enough I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM,BATTERY WAS NOT DAMAGED.I JUST HAD TO REPAIR THE TIP END
