Best place to go is you can find help there and builds worth the money you put into them. If you buy a computer from a retailer like staples or bestbuy you are paying like 150-250% more than what the computer is actually worth. I suggest building it yourself on newegg or finding a prebuilt PC on there.

Lenovo & HP Laptops can do everything u asked for. But if ur budget is below ₹20,000 then I think u must choose ASUS Laptops... they are cheap, with tons of features & very good battery backup.

I will suggest you to go for Dell laptops for doing basic stuffs and it also has accidental warranty for 1 year. This is the best part as you don't need to worry for one year.

With the basic specs you require you ill get it for cheap......go for any Acer...lenovo or Hp laptops they are reasonable priced rather than sony which is expensive....
