I would avoid. My guess (but it as only a guess) is that the rear wheel wobbles 'cos it's been kerbed on a handbrake turn or something similar. If you're intent on buying a 206, try your very best to get one as original as possible - there are plenty about, so picking one that's been lowered and (likely) driven by a moron and being sold for a 'reason' is asking for trouble. I appreciate the fact that it's cheap, but cheap's not cheap at the end of the money-pit road you're likely to be driving down with this car.
