Hmm, I've been doing a cyber academy for about two years now, and I love it. Going to a new school can be scary. Actually, I went through the same thing last year. Mom wanted me to go back to public school so I can "socialize", but I didn't want to; considering all the stress and anxiety I wet through prior to cyber schooling. I think the best thing you can do is come up with a pros and cons chart, sit down with your mom and talk about what YOU feel is best for YOU. Now, I'm not saying to be narrow minded and not listen to your mom, I'm just saying to sit down with her and express YOUR feelings. I hope it all works for you. And I'm telling you this because this what I did, and after careful consideration, my mom let me continue my online schooling.
