It's not unreasonable to leave at a time at s more to your needs, just advise the organiser that you want to leave about 9.30. I wouldn't use an excuse it is your time after all

Just be honest and say you will be leaving at 9 - 9.30ish. I'm sure you won't be the only one leaving early. Other than that you could just say you have a prior commitment that night and you need to leave before the limo is leaving.
