You are highly unlikely to find them on a website for any country's service men and women WW2 records .........you might fin the index which then you have to use that information and purchase the record..........................

You start by locating HIS records which are not online. He may be listed in familysearch.org (filter to military) that may give details needed to order his file from the Natl Archives. Once you have his UNIT specific name..then you are more likely to find broader records, possibly online. Those may not be by name for him..but you put the two items together.
