Definitely take her to the ER!! You DON'T want to have that guilt hung over your head for the rest of her life if something is the matter with her and you waited!!

Please take her to the doctors or ANYWHERE where someone could help. If you hold it off, her eye might get more problems.

It's your baby and she is obviously in quite some pain and discomfort, take her to the hospital now, have her examined and everyone can have peace of mind. Maybe something got in her eye or maybe it got scratched. Don't wait until tomorrow, and don't let her be in pain. I hope she feels better.
