Why would you change a TPS? What led you to do that? A random firing of the parts cannon on your part?

Changed TPS yourself? Just a change won't cut it. Take car in to dealership for essential realignment. There will be additional, diagnostic charge. Sticky transmission shift could give the impression of sluggish. Check fluid. Also possible faulty brake retraction. Failing fuel pump. DYI might be the risker choice in your case.
