You can't lie. It'd be like lying to the queen. You have to provide information of any and all medical conditions you have. HOWEVER, if your condition doesn't affect you that much, there is always a chance an army psychologist could deem you fit to serve. But don't lie, because you'll just end up in a load of trouble for providing false information.
