Just control your eating habits it's the most important thing when reducing. You have to take it slow, step-by-step procedure. It's hard especially when the food is yummy, but you really have to, and when you feel like you can do it try walking every morning for at least 30 min. it's a form of exercise And don't think crazy about people... you're not the only fat in the world. You have great friends and mom to accept the way u are luckier than the others who really don't have. Your mom just care too much. Lucky you because there are others who don't even bother checking their kid.
