Well the problem is without knowing the exact speaker because kicker 10tc104 does not fit a actual kicker model, so without knowing and taking a guess the amp listed would work, i use the MRV-450 myself and i like it!

You need an amp that is a match for RMS at whatever Ohm's load you plan on running your sub or subs at,use RF TECH WOOFER WIRING WIZARD,Google it, It will show you the wiring diagram for your install and also show you the Ohm's load you end up with.
