If you sing on the 23rd, your normal payment day would be the 26th (three days later). Payments due on the 26th will be paid on the 23rd this year. It will be paid before you sign on - but don't get too excited. If you don't actually sign on as you should, they will claw it back.

As someone said your payment would not normally reach you until the 26th. It is being sent to you on the 18th as the Jobcentre will be closed on Xmas and Boxing Day and your payment will be in your account you before Xmas,have a nice one Remember though it has still to last you until your next signing.
