EVERY phone company has a record of what numbers you dial from your phone, and what numbers called your phone. They have to have that for billing purposes, if any charges are involved. The question, more properly, is what companies will not turn over that data to a government agency? That is unknown, because there are legal issues that might compel a company to do that.

They do not record your calls. They only collect call data, two entirely different things. I have my doubts you will a company that does not collect call data. First it's used for billing information and second we tech types sometime use it troubleshooting.
