uhm im pretty sure peach pits are poinsonous and im not sure about the others but apple seeds are poisonous if you eat too many

Although you could try them there wouldn't be much nutrition, and the seed inside the peach may actually be harmful like apple seeds Dune

Peach pits contain cyanide DO NOT eat them! Other seeds such as necterines, plums and cherries also contain cyanide. Ironically, so do almonds.

As above. However I do add the stalks to my home-made tomato soup. It gives it an amazing "tomatoey" aroma and taste.
