Not if you are happy, and can manage on what you earn. You may have noticed that many people, probably most people, detest their jobs, so you shouldn't underrate the importance of happiness at your work. The most likely problem would be not having enough money, but if you can manage, that's fine.

If you want to buy a house and expensive car with 2 hols a year and support 3 kids then maybe. If you're just looking after yourself, and you earn enough to do whatever makes you happy then no. Only you know the answer. Happiness is more than having a lot of money.

As long as you are happy in your job it is not bad. But don't bother thinking about a girlfriend, wife or companion or ever buying a house or ever going on holiday because you will never afford those things on minimum wage.
