Yes, but if you are a pretty tall person. Something around 40-50" would be a little better. Best bet for you to completely make sure. Is to go to a music store to test one out! Hope this helps.

Depends on several factors. How tall is the chair. How tall are you. Does the harp have legs? From my experience, no. But my harp is about that tall and I know a tall man who plays one sitting on a low stool. I sit on a normal chair and put the harp on a low stool.
