Inclusive practice is where members of staff ensure that all children are included in events, activities and treated equally -not leaving a child out based on their background information such as religion, faith, nationality. I suggest your friend researches it herself as that way she'll be able to learn what it is by herself or she should ask her tutor at the college/school.
