In my opinion, I would pick stardust dragon, because he is the most expensive of them all ( Ranging from $9 to $24, depending on which version of stardust it is ), also I use him quite a lot and his effect is great. Hope this helps :)

Stardust Dragon. It's been a staple in the extra deck ever since it came out until today even. Only down side is that there will be a reprint soon.

Stardust. Usable in pretty much any deck that has a tuner in it, whereas every other dragon you named has to be used in more narrowly focused decks. Beware that you don't get ripped off in the trade, however, because Stardust just got a new reprint in the Shadow Specters Special Edition, which is only worth, at most, about $5. If it is an older print, it will be worth more.

Depends what deck you're using it for. Most likely as everyone already said, Stardust is the best choice. He's quite versatile and yes, is worth the most money. Galaxy-Eyes works in either banish, chaos, dragon ruler, or light-based it's a bit specific. Cyber End Dragon is basically a machine-only type card. Useful only to Cyber Dragon decks. Light and Darkness Dragon (LADD) is for either chaos, or negation-based decks. He doesn't do too well in anything else.
