Switch to a healthy diet, and start doing sport. You don't need the gym, just go out to run. Some good tips:

A big part of weight loss is a calorie deficit, this means you must not consume more calories than you are taking in. Running and exercising will burn calories and strengthen muscles helping you attain this. Also, it matters what you are eating. Foods high in fat will be easily stored as fat, carbs and sugar can also be easily stored as fat. If you truly want to make something happen it is up to you to do it
