Depending on your exact method of uninstallation, some data may be retained within your user folder. If it is installed on windows 7, you may find that folder C:UsersUSERNAMEAppDataLocalGoogle In addition, Google Chrome can sync many of your settings/information to the Google servers, so that you can duplicate your browsing environment across multiple devices.
