It depends, of course, on the value of the watch you are sending by mail. If the watch costs less than US$ 50.00, then no import taxes are due. If the watch costs from US$ 50.00 to US$ 3,000.00, then taxes are 60% on the value of the product (as declared in the invoice) plus shipping and handling. The recipient can pay taxes at the post office branch where he/she is getting the box, but only for products the declared value of which are below US$ 500.00. If the watch costs above US$ 3,000.00, then you have to use more complicated forms of importation - so, in that case, I don't really know. http://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/aduana/rts.htm#Valor Máximo dos Bens a serem Importados
