Eat 2 or 3 eggs within an hour of waking up. (Within 30 minutes would be even better.) Eggs are high in protein which is used for breaking down and digesting carbohydrates which is what most consumed calories come from. So by breaking down those carbs easier with the extra protein, you can maintain your weight easier. Also, don't starve yourself. It will make your body think you won't be getting food for a while so it will store up fat. You have to starve for such a long time that your body HAS to start getting energy from stored fat to lose weight from not enough food. And it's very unhealthy.

Food to eat 1- Egg whites 2- Brocolli Food to replace 1- Brown rice/bread with white rice/bread 2- Boiled potatos with fried ones Food to ignore 1- All fried oily stuff 2- Soft drink, soda and even juices which come in tetra pack 3- Lays, kurkure, biscuits

You need not go to the gym. chart a simple home exercise and begin an exercise regime at home. Eat simple nutritious food which will give you energy and help reduce fat. Do not starve yourself. Eat small helpings and you will get used to it. Take the help of some professional books and be scientific. have self confidence. You will not reduce within a month , but within an year you will notice the difference . You have to be strict in what you do.
