Check out ebay, they have several available from China or India at half decent prices. You are looking at about $ 500.00 average with shipping. B&L , or Essilor, or Topcon which are the top names will run way over $1500.00 for most manual models. It is called a lensometer I presume they would have directions, but it is best to find someone who already knows to show you how to read it. Takes a bit of practice to learn it and you have to have a mathematical understanding of what you are seeing.
