Are you in the US? have you tried signing up for obamacare? if you can't get through the federal site...go through your state.. even if you have to go into a little debt to start to pay for is worth it in the end.. you can try dropping the insurance once you get the tests done, but would probably have to pay penalties

Today (December 23) is the final day to sign up for health insurance for a January 1 effective date. Since it is now the law that you must have health insurance I'd suggest you sign up.

MS is A) not particularly hereditary and B) manifests itself differently in every patient. So your a priori chance of being right about this diagnosis is really quite low. I suggest you start bij simply seeing a doctor and if - and only if - this doctor recommends testing, start worrying about how to go about it.
