i just had this explained to me by my gym instructor, he said that the reason i don't gain weight is because i eat so much junk food, strange i know, he said that because it lacks in carbohydrates (energy) my body uses all the food up as energy and doesn't have enough extra so i can put some weight on my bones, he also told me that to gain weight i should eat a lot of carbohydrates and a lot of protein (for building muscles) and no junk food. just a hint, he warned me for the first couple of weeks on the new diet, my body would be shocked and have no idea what to do with all the healthy food, so i would be going to the toilet quite often until it becomes accostomed to the food. (its true). By the way, be glad that you do not gain weight. Many people die to lose some of their's.

I am 16 years old and i have the exact same thing, it isn't anything to worry about you just have a fast metabolism which basically means you can eat as much as you want without gaining any weight, when you get older this could change but it could also be in your genes, i quite like not putting any weight on because it means i can tone up much faster and also get a lot of compliments about my figure. Theres no point eating loads because it won't make a difference, when i was 13 i used to hate my weight and get called all sorts of weights but now that i am a little older i actually appreciate it :)

Having a lot of junk food, snacks meal doesn't mean you are gonna gain wait. If you have the food in proper way and in proper manner than you might gain weight.And might be you used to worry about it a lot and might have many works to do physically and mentally that cost a lot of calories from your diet. so i think you must have balance diet and work less.

try lifting weights lift heavy an eat 20x your body weight from calories 1.5 grams of protien for each pound u weigh

You are like me, I think it's the nature of the body, also tried to monitor the amount of effort in a day and compare it with the amount of calories you eat, and I think you think too much, that it also has a major relationship.
