Last name could be like: 1. Jones 2. Wilson 3. Browny

For my characters, I just make them up as I go along, even the first names, but here I go: Noel Deshan Kimberly Hue Newman Amelia Earhart (sorry) Point Weston Victoria Vales Lincoln Copper Cape Good luck with your book!

Whenever I'm writing a story with contemporary characters, I check out the phone book of the nearest city and pick a random letter. It's great, because if I want a name that's common to the area, they're not hard to find. Uncommon names are equally simple, especially when looking at a very, very large city.
