If the popups are on your browser ignore them. They are just ads. (Get ad blocker) If there are legit, update from the program (popup).

I think you probably get infected by a so-called adware. To stop this warning from popping up, you should find out the adware and get rid of it completely from the system. Please follow those steps: 1.Start Internet Explorer and find “Tools” in the top menu. 2.Click option “Manage add-ons“. 3.Select “Toolbars and Extensions“, and find out the malicious add-ons in the list. 4.Select found items and click “Disable“. 5.Restart your browser to finish removal process.
