Does the fan work properly? Is there just a general light breeze from the defrost and floor ducts? I am thinking your baffle door is broken. modern dodges do not run a temp control cable now either, so it also could very well be your servo for your blend door, the wiring, the temp control itself, or........etc. just borrow an identical temp control and plug it in.
