Does the fan work properly? Is there just a general light breeze from the defrost and floor ducts? I am thinking your baffle door is broken. I don't know the year of your truck but the repair kits look something like this.;_ylu =X3oDMTE1M2IyaDNiBHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMQRjb2xvA2FjMgR2dGlkA1RBVVM wMTVfODE-/SIG=13h5vngum/EXP=1387279159/**http%3a//www.ebay.c om/itm/Dodge-Ram-HeaterTreater-AC-Heater-repair-kit-HVAC-02- 08-/280321707506. If that is what is going on there are installation videos on you tube for you to look at. Good luck

modern dodges do not run a temp control cable now either, so it also could very well be your servo for your blend door, the wiring, the temp control itself, or........etc. just borrow an identical temp control and plug it in.
