You need a blower motor resistor. ac+aztek+blower+resistor&_sop=15

You may need a blower motor resistor. Not quite sure on that since the lowest speed uses all the resistors in the block to have the necessary voltage drop across them all to be able to use Speed 1. I would verify you are getting power to the resistor block with a test light & check the other speeds. Speed 5 doesn't use those resistors but uses a relay which is a part of the resistor block. But I would check for power first at the resistor block to confirm the HVAC Control head is working Are you certain you have speed 1 or are you going by the fact you feel air coming out while driving which is not from the blower motor at all????
