It depends what you eat not how much I can eat a bowl of vegtables and dont feel guilty at all

yes it will, its very important to have your three meals during the day but it has to be balanced.

It's important to eat a good breakfast if you want to try to lose some weight because then it cuts down the desire to snack during the day. If you carry on as you are you should lose weight.

It will make you loose weight most likely, but it could also make you ill. You need 3 meals per day, and that includes dinner. Address the amount of foods you eat so you will at least eat something at each time. Dune
