Firstly you must have an ABN and be register for GST to be able to charge it. The company charged will query the invoice if you don have an ABN and may well request a corrected one, thy should also deduct withholding tax. If you are registered for GST yo must include it in you BAS if not intact he company and sendthem a corrected invoice.
