Heater core might need flushed. A radiator shop did mine.

Sounds like your thermostat is stuck . Replace it first and make sure your radiator cap is holding good pressure when the system is full of fluid and at full temperature with the cooling fans cycling on and off Use a Hyundai original equipment stat and gasket. I have had trouble with aftermarket parts that will confuse future diagnosis.

With heat produced at higher engine rpm's eliminates the core. The most probable cause is a loose fan belt on the water pump, or the water pump itself.
