Customer satisfaction is 100% important in all businesses. Customers are the foundation of every business! Without customers there would be no business! So the main point here is to make sure that the customers needs are met. This can be achieved by asking them what they like, and to achieve this, they would need to answer questions via the surveys handed out by the restaurant so that the restaurant can identify what the customers needs are. You, as a waitress, would have to be polite and well mannered, smile and act calm even if the customer is being pushy. You should make them feel like they are welcome. That's what's most important. I was a business student during year 11, answering questions like these :) hope I helped.
