Use a bottle brush if the toothbrush isn't long enough to reach the bottom. Or a brush with longer bristles than the toothbrush has, if the toothbrush won't reach into crevices. There are dozens of kinds and sizes of brushes made.

Soak a cloth in warm soapy water Push a corner of this down the mouth bit Then push and pull back and forth This will remove any build up
