This is Unix system time. The first string is the converted date. The full date time is in the next ten characters - 1365869000. Go to http://www.onlineconversion.com/unix_time.htm and enter this ten character number and it will tell you it is 4/13/2013 16:03:20 (You must be on Pacific time).
