If you want to lose weight there's no point in starving yourself, you're metabolism might decrease and you'll just find it even more difficult to avoid putting on weight. Replace don't erase! Just throw away all the junk food and processed foods in your kitchen and instead fill your kitchen up with fruit, vegetables, food you can cook with, nuts etc. You don't need to feel shame when walking to the kitchen if it's filled with food that will nourish your body and give it the energy it needs. I think the method you are using is very difficult to achieve. Good luck!

Quite the opposite, I will purposefully go into to kitchen but grab myself something 1.) healthy and 2.) that'll keep me occupied for a little while at least. Oranges are good, actually perdue chicken nuggets are good, apples.
