wouldn't suggest doing it your self take it to a mechanic you could mess up the electric circuit or if you know how to deal with electrical components which I doubt cause you wouldn't be asking how to change it but anyways get a diagram of your cars circuit and follow the diagram

You'll need to pull the engine in order to access the cover for the HVAC stack. It's behind everything against the firewall.
