DON'T offer stars for best answer. Not only is it against YA guidelines it is very annoying. People give the best answer that they can anyway. Lay your shirt flat and sprinkle bicarb soda over the stained area. Drop some white vinegar onto the bicarb soda to make a paste. Spread the paste over the stained area and leave for a couple of hours. Launder as usual.
