There is no way to put the new smell.back in.once its gone. you cannot keep putting pizza in the trunk. you have to leave ALL odor emitting objects OUT OF THE CAR. No used clothes, no people, no food, no cigarettes......NOTHING EVER. its the only way

Don't spray anything is the car. The pizza is not going to help, no matter where you put it. You bought a BMW and your job is delivering pizza. Not a good combination in terms of finances. (think maintenance and repairs) Anyway, your best bet at maintaining the smell (or something close to it) is getting it professionally detailed.
