1) Keep back as straight as possible 2) Put most of your weight on your big toes, but make sure all toes are touching the ground 3) Keep legs/feet turned out 4) Keep center 5) If you feel like you're falling, focus on keeping your core extra tight 6) Practice first at the barre and once you're used to it there, try on the I hope I helped!
