In order to lose stomach fat, you have to lose weight in general, it cannot be targeted. Eat healthy foods, cut back on the junk foods, and exercise more (especially with cardio) and as you lose weight, you will lose stomach fat as well.

Loosing weight and loosing fat are 2 different things. for loosing fat do exercises targetted on stomach . cardio +weight training . Eat good diet reduce your calories intake by 400 of the daily calories requirement stress free no alcohol and beer no junk food less sugary foods
