Use acetone for ur nails from now on . Nail Polish will do for now. But acetone gets polish off in seconds. It's cheaper too! Anyways rub concrete off with nail polish remover then use windex . It's how u get it off carpet n I've taken black off of white carpet n u couldn't even tell.

You will need to oil your table to get some color back since you've basically bleached it. In the future try denatured alcohol to remove stubborn nail polish spills.
