From the given details, it is not possible to calculate the ACTUAL rent paid by you to your landlord. However, the data reveal one fact: Out of Rs. 99348 received by you for full year 2011 12 as HRA, Rs. 35723 has been taken as taxable. 10% your taxable salary works out roughly to 38954. (Could not confirm). Would suggest that you contact your landlord for that year and ask him this detail.
