Which region is stidda??? I think you mean Sicily. In Italy there are not regional taxes. There is a tax on cars that goes entirely to regions but is the same for each region and the amount depends on car kws. There is also a regional additional to main income taxation. This can vary from minimum of 0,9% to a maximum of 1,4%. Almost all the money that italian regions spend comes from the State.
