Better, look at the actor Jonah hill when he was in super bad and more so in get him to the Greek, then you look at him now day like in 21 jump street he has lost a lot of weight and looks much better, he is a great example because he had a very large face due to his weight, it's great to see him losing weight and moving up the ranks him and all the other most funny to date comedians are awesome! Much love (this is the end movie=awesome)

I believe genetics to some extent dictates where you lose weight first etc (if you know what i mean) but if you lose a significant amount it is likely to be visible everywhere; face inclusive. Whether it makes you look better or worse is a matter of situation and opinion :)

well the first thing i always notice are my high cheekbones....they become MUCH more prominent....

Generally it makes it look better because the cheekbones become more defined, and the skin is tighter on the face, making it more symmetrical.
