There's no way to tell unless it's given in the lamp specs, but because LEDs last for so long, it would be easy to check. Leave the lamp on full until the LEDs go dull, then charge it for, say 2 hours, before doing the same again. If the lamp is fully charged it will last just as long the second time. If it doesn't, then try 3 or 4 hours and repeat until you find the charging time. How long the battery takes to charge will of course depend on how long it has been used. If it's only used occasionally for a short time, the battery will be almost full after use and will probably charge to full within 1 hour.
