A persons name remains the same, in any language. If you go to Japan it's Steve, if you go to any other country, it's still Steve.

Ok the name Steve would be the same if you are foreign from the country so they would call you Steve. I'm Cambodian and my name is Amy and Cambodian people call me Amy not anything else. They would probably say it in an accent.
